NRCS Cooperative Agreement

Belmont SWCD works in conjunction with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) to assist Belmont County landowners in the conservation of our county's natural resources. Jeff Bettinger, District Conservationist, works closely with the Belmont SWCD District Technician creating engineering plans and promoting conservation practices throughout Belmont County.
